It takes a team to make a movie!

I’ve started this club as a way to make fun short films on a regular basis 
Genre’s include Horror, Thriller, Suspense, Retro and Scfi
I’m currently looking for someone to help organise this club (email me below if interested)

Schedule

Day 1 Monday have a meeting,(online or whatsapp)
A basic film idea and genre will be announced, crew call up, story ideas, props and a location discussed. We will have 4 days to write the story, organise a location, gather props and create a shot list.
A call sheet with times will be sent out before the shoot day.

Day 2 Saturday  Meet up shoot the scenes

Day 3-5 Sunday,Monday,Tuesday Post production (edit, music/sound design, social media BTS/Hype)

Day 6 Saturday premiere the film on YouTube with a public link so we can all watch the final film at the same time with a live chat box. 
Long term goal we can possibly look to putting these films into festivals.

 Films are to be no more than 7 minutes in duration and will be filmed around the South Wales area

Crew Roles

(you may have to do more than one role)

for the first few films I will be directing and over seeing the shoot, along with the music in post.

Movie Club secretary (admin helps organise this club)
Producer (finds locations,crew plus more..)
Writer (doesn’t have to be one person)
D.O.P (lighting, mood of film) a good source of inspiration is filmgrab.com
Casting Director
1st Asistant Director (works with the director to keep things running smoothly and on time)
Camera man 
Sound Recordist (with own boom and recorder)
Runner (general help)
Make Up & FX
Costume
Props
Stunt Coordinator
Health Safety/First Aid
Behind the Scenes Stills or Video

EQUIPMENT I CAN PROVIDE FOR THE SHOOT
Blackmagic 4K camera,
fixed prime lens,
heavy duty tripod,
gimbal
1 x C stand,
2 x standard light stands
1 x spot light with gobo filters
2 x panel lights
diffusion cloth
black cloth (negative fill)
bounce board
smoke machine
if any of you can bring useful equipment

IMPORTANT READ

These films are made for fun there is no money involved, knowbody is getting paid. it’s all about pulling together to make a great film. You can gain experience doing this, everyone involved will get a credit at the end of the film and possibly added to IMDB.
You have to be responsible for your own and others peoples safety on set.
Bring your own food/drink and any props, equipment you think could be helpful, it’s all about team work.
As the club founder I will be over seeing the shoot and helping out with various things on the day, I will also be covering the cost of the location if we need to pay and bringing basic snacks, crisps biscuits.
The club will rely on everyone pulling together however they can.
